Anyone can win at World T20 cricket qualifier...

Callum James Stewart looks at the prospects in Scotland's pool at the World T20 Cup Qualifier in Dubai/Abu Dhabi next week. It's a tough group, with the USA, Afghanistan and Ireland lining up to challenge the Scots as they bid to qualify for their third World T20 Cup finals in a row. But, in the T20 format of the game, anything can happen, and frequently does!

The annual Cricket Scotland Coaches' Conference is one of the best events of the year, at the Inverclyde National Sports Centre in Largs. It's a residential event for those who wish to take in the entire weekend, but you can opt to attend individual days or the closing Dinner... and you can book your place through the CS Shop. The Cricket Scotland Development Trust was formed a year ago to raise funds for worthwhile cricket projects in Scotland. In their first year, they distributed to five such causes, and are expecting to receive a lot more applications in subsequent years.
