Scotland's first official warm-up match before the ICC World Twenty20 Championships - against England at Trent Bridge on Tuesday June 2 - is to be shown live on Sky Sports One, it was confirmed today. The match, which starts at 5pm, will also be shown on the Sky Sports One High-Definition channel.
Sky Sports are the official television channel covering the entire event, and so there will also be live coverage of Scotland's two first-round matches at The Oval - against New Zealand on Saturday June 6, starting at 10am, and against South Africa on Sunday June 7, starting at 1pm. Again, both matches will also be shown in the High-Definition channel.
Supporters of the Scottish Saltires will also be able to follow the progress of the games over-by-over on the new Cricket Scotland website - and see exclusive reports and highlights of all the other warm-up matches on Cricket Scotland TV, accessible through the website's embedded YouTube player.
These include not only the official warm-up match against the Netherlands at the Oval on Wednesday June 3, but also the three 'unofficial' games at the John Paul Getty ground in Buckinghamshire on Thursday May 28 (West Indies, 11am), Friday May 29 (Bangladesh, 3pm) and Saturday May 30 (PCA Select, 4pm).
