ICC WT20Q - Ticket Information
Cricket Scotland has announced which fixtures will be ticketed for the matches during the ICC World T20 Qualifying competition, which is being jointly hosted with Ireland.
14 Associate nations are competing for 6 places in the next edition of the ICC T20 World Cup which will be hosted across India in 2016.
With 29 matches being held in Scotland over the course of the tournament, it will be a fantastic opportunity to catch some of the best Associate Nations in action throughout July.
The Grange at Raeburn Place in Stockbridge will be the main television venue for the Scottish-leg of the Qualifier, and these are the fixtures that will be ticketed.
The double-headers will be priced at £15 for adults and £10 concessions (over 60’s/students), and will be available to purchase at the Portgower entrance to the ground on match days.
The single televised matches, which will be UAE v Afghanistan and Scotland v Netherlands, will be priced at £10 for adults and £5 concessions.
Entry to all matches for under-16s will be free of charge.
Entry to the matches that will be held at Stirling, Myreside and Goldenacre will all be free of charge to spectators. The non-televised match against Kenya at the Grange will also be free of charge.
Cricket Scotland Interim CEO Willie Donald said, “We have been looking forward to co-hosting this competition for some-time now. As an organisation we are eager to show our ability both on and off the pitch, in what will be the most high-profile tournament to be hosted in Scotland since the 1999 World Cup.
We will be hosting 29 matches on Scottish soil and are looking forward to welcoming the public to watch some high-quality cricket while also giving Scotland their full support.”
