Job Advert - CS Performance Pathway Manager
Cricket Scotland is seeking a senior experienced cricket coach to take on the responsibility of developing and delivering an ambitious pathway programme to support the performance area of the game in Scotland.
The Performance Pathway Manager will lead and oversee the management of Cricket Scotland's male performance programmes with the aim of developing cricketers ready for national representation at all age-group levels.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the post holder will manage Cricket Scotland's male performance programmes incorporating talent identification, regional academies, regional development centres, area development groups, coach resourcing, management and development, inter-regional age-group competitions and Scotland male age-group teams up to and including Under 19s. The role will also incorporate the preparation and management of tailored budgets in conjunction with the Finance Manager relating to the performance programmes.
As a key part of the management team, the post holder will play a key lead role in continually improving processes and practices within Cricket Scotland and ensuring we continue to improve our standing still further in the world game.
A competitive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate. Closing date for the post is 30th November 2016 with first interviews planned to take place w/c 5th December 2016.
