MEGAN MCCOLL SIGNS PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT WITH GLAMORGAN

Scotland's Megan McColl has signed a new one-year deal with Glamorgan for the 2027 season as the county prepares to step up to Tier One for the first time.
McColl spent the 2026 season with the Welsh outfit in Tier Two, helping them to the Vitality Blast League 2 title and the Metro Bank One‑Day Cup League 2 final.
The middle-order batter, who represented her nation at the ICC Women's T20 World Cup this summer, scored her first century for Glamorgan in May, striking a 90-ball 111 against Kent.
McColl, who is contracted to Cricket Scotland, will take up a dual-contract with Glamorgan, which will further support her development.
Glamorgan's Head of Women & Girls Cricket, Aimee Rees, said:
"Megan, who joined us at the start of the 2026 season, will take up a dual contract with Glamorgan and Cricket Scotland. She is an exciting prospect who has already gained valuable international experience, including representing Scotland at the T20 World Cup this summer."
