PLAYHQ TRANSITION TIMELINE
February 2026
Club admin portal training - Clubs receive training on how to navigate and use the Admin Portal over the course of three training sessions. For a recording of a session, please contact registration@cricketscotland.com
March 2026
Club registration opens - clubs given access to the platform. Clubs then free to set up registration forms for their club members.
April 2026
Gameday/live scoring training - training sessions to be held to prepare clubs for how to operate the live scoring system and submit match results. Clubs will be notified when booking for these sessions is open.
Player registration and team allocation - By the middle of April, clubs should aim to have all players registered and assigned to teams so they can be selected for live scoring ahead of the season starting.
April/May 2026
Season starts! All matches recorded and scored on PlayHQ. Any transfers or permits to be handled through PlayHQ.
May - July 2026
Any further players to be registered on PlayHQ. Previous registration system, SCRS, to still be used for limited functions such as events and courses.
August 2026 onwards
Transition from SCRS to PlayHQ fully complete, with all club registration as well as courses and events run through the platform.
