Cricket Scotland is pleased to confirm the appointment of Val Lindsay as the organisation’s Head of Changing the Boundaries. Val begins her role immediately and join the organisation on a fixed term contract.
She brings to Cricket Scotland a wealth of experience across 25 years in the public and private sector, specialising in HR and organisational development. Val’s most recent role was as part of the senior HR management team for the Scottish Courts and Tribunal Service, while she also recently led a major change programme as a Senior ER consultant with Harrow Council.
The specialised role of Head of Changing the Boundaries will focus on completing the work recommended by the report, which was published last year, including the handling of the referrals process which is ongoing.
