Thursday 14 October 2021 – Virtual Conference Call
An Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of Cricket Scotland Holdings Limited will be held via Virtual Conference Call on Thursday 14 October 2021 at 19.00.
The agenda is shown in the documents below. Please read the memorandum explaining the proposed resolutions.
Full Members being Clubs, Districts, Leagues and Associations in membership are invited to attend the Meeting but are entitled to one vote only on any matter in terms of the Articles of Association. See note below regarding voting.
Personal Members and Life Members are also entitled to attend but are precluded from voting.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the EGM will be hosted on the Zoom Conference Call platform. Any Member wishing to attend should please intimate that by email to the address above by 17.00 on 13 October 2021.
If a representative is attending the meeting on a Member’s behalf, then the e-mail must come from an office-bearer of the Member and state the name of the representative; otherwise she or he will not be invited or admitted to the meeting and will not, therefore, be able to vote.
An invitation to the Zoom Conference Call will be sent on the day of the meeting to those entitled as above to attend.
Voting can be either at the meeting or by proxy. A style of proxy form is attached which to be valid must be completed, signed, scanned and returned by email to the email address above by 17.00 on Tuesday 12 October 2021. Proxies received after that time will not be accepted.
