The ECB Vitality Cup is a knockout tournament with regional stages until the semi finals. The winners proceed to represent Scotland in the national knock out stages.

In the 2023 competition, Carlton won the nationwide tournament after progressing from the Scottish region, defeating Banstead in the final at Lord’s.
