The Grange Cricket Club is getting prepared to host a fundraising 7 a-side football tournament this Saturday in order to raise funds for the Brain Tumour Charity in support of Con de Lange and his family.
Con and his family recently made public that he was diagnosed with a brain tumour 11 months ago and it has been a tough journey for one of Scotland’s most liked cricketers.
Since launching the Just Giving Page the family have received fantastic support from the cricketing community and have now raised over £12k for The Brain Tumour Charity.
Saturday’s event at the Grange kicks of at 10am and will include a round robin tournament, catering and a prize auction.
