Scotland’s men’s squad will begin their winter programme with a week-long camp at Cricket Scotland’s training base in south east Spain from 10 to 16 November.
A 26-strong group has been selected for the camp, including ten of the squad which performed with distinction at the 2018 Cricket World Cup Qualifier in Zimbabwe, and seven of the side which made history by beating England on 10 June.
Also included are Andrew Brock and Michael Carson, whose consistent performances helped the Knights win both the Tilney T20 Blitz and Pro50 competitions.
Elsewhere, Ruaidhri Smith makes his return to the squad after a strong campaign with Glamorgan, and Adrian Neill earns inclusion after impressing in his first season at Gloucestershire.
There are also places for several young players who demonstrated outstanding progress in 2018, among them Rory Johnston who enjoyed a breakthrough year with the Highlanders and Forfarshire, and Finlay McCreath whose runs for the Performance Academy earned him his first Scotland A call-up.
