Cricket Scotland is delighted to announce Rosy Ryan today (1st November 2019) begins a new role as Women and Girls’ Participation Manager.
Rosy, who joined Cricket Scotland in November 2016 as a part-time Women and Girls’ Development Officer for the West of Scotland, said: “I am so excited to take on this role and look forward to making a mark and difference in what I am so passionate about.”
The founder of CricHIIT, a programme which combines high-intensity interval training with fundamental cricket skills, Rosy is highly decorated across the cricket community with awards such as Scottish Women in Sport Role Model of the Year (2018) and ICC Innovation of the Year (2019), which was unveiled at a recent ICC conference for the creation of the CricHIIT programme.
Rosy moves on from the role of Development Officer for the West, which she has fulfilled since January 2019.
