The Women’s Regional Series returns this Sunday 14th July when Stormers host Eagles for a T20 double-header at Dumfries CC.

With the first match beginning at 11am and the second at 3pm, the two sides will be looking to take as many points as possible after being tied on two points each after the 50-over campaign earlier in the season.

The upcoming T20 leg of the Regional Series provides valuable game time for Scotland’s most talented cricketers and the opportunity for players to make their claim for international selection, with Scotland’s women heading out to the Netherlands for a T20I quadrangular series from 8th to 14th August.

Later in the summer, Scotland will also be in T20 action for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier to be held in Dundee and Angus with the aim of taking one of two remaining spots at the Women’s T20 World Cup in Australia in early-2020.
