National Girls' Indoor Tournament 2010

The annual National Girls’ and Women’s Indoor Tournament will be held at Bell’s Sports Centre in Perth on Sunday 18 April from 11am – 3pm.

This is the third year of the tournament and it’s hoping to build on the success of the previous two years.  Last year saw eight teams entered compared to four the previous year. This year Cricket Scotland is looking for even more teams to enter. 

Girls’ and women’s development officer Lea Tsui says: “This tournament has been a great start to the cricket season for girls and women.  The day is all about the girls having fun playing lots of cricket.”   

Games will be 8-a-side but clubs are encouraged to bring more players and exercise a player rotation scheme. Participating clubs are asked to complete the simple entry form and return to Lea Tsui by Friday 28 March.
