Cricket Scotland has announced that former U19 world cup seamer Raj Routray has been 'loaned back' from the Western Warriors to the Eastern Knights, where the player currently plies his trade in Edinburgh with Watsonians.

Former Ferguslie player Routray was originally named in the Western Warriors squad as his 'region of origin' but has been drafted back along the M8 and will play in Sunday’s match against the Highlanders at Lochside Park, Forfar (Strathmore CC, April 18).

The loan has been agreed as the Knights will be without three leading seam bowlers due to injury and university commitments.
