Robert (Bert) Barclay

Board member since 2001 with responsibilities for finance and corporate governance.   Honorary secretary of Scottish Cricket Union since 1976 and Honorary Treasurer since 2001.  Past President of Stewart’s-Melville FP CC (1987-88) and former secretary of East of Scotland CA (1972-75).  Represented Scotland on TCCB and UK Cricket Council between 1980 and 1993 and subsequently on European Cricket Council and at ICC AGMs.   Honorary Life Member of MCC.   Away from cricket he is a chartered accountant operating as an insolvency practitioner with PKF.
