– Presentation on the new Performance Pathway by Gordon Drummond (Performance Pathway Manager)
– Receipt of the accounts for Cricket Scotland Holdings Ltd and Cricket Scotland Limited for the year ended 31 December 2017 (available on the Cricket Scotland website)
– To confirm the level of Subscriptions for 2018
– Confirmation of Willie Donald, the current President Elect, as President until 2020
– Election of one Director until 2020
– Election of one Director until 2022
– Ratification or otherwise of the recommendation by the Board of Cricket Scotland Limited that Tony Brian be re-appointed as Chair of that Company until 2021
