Cricket Scotland Summer Camps 2009

Booking

To book a place on a course, simply phone Cricket Scotland on 0131 3137420 with a credit or debit card to secure your place.

All junior cricketers participating in the camps will be entered into a draw to win:

·    A 1:1 coaching session with the Saltires Coaching Team
·    A signed Saltires shirt
·    A bat signed by the Saltires Squad.

The programme
·    Saltires Camp
12-15 year olds (existing cricketers)
Camp will develop players ability and understanding of the game, focusing on specific areas of skill development, game sense and specific practice.

·    Lions Camp
9-11 year olds
Aimed at developing school cricketers / basic young club cricketers.  Based on skill development / introduction of hard ball

·    Mini hitters
5-8 year olds.
First stages of introducing the game focusing on Fun, basic skills and games.

·    Wildcats Girls Camp
12-15 year olds
Introducing and developing Skills and drills of cricket, with an added fitness element.

·    Junior Wildcats Girls Camp
8-11 year olds
Introductory programme, adapted games, movement.

·    1:1 Coaching session
11 years +
Chance for a player to have a coach all to themselves for an hour.  This provides an opportunity for the player to work on specific parts of their game.
