Paul Reddish took up the post of Chief Executive of ProjectScotland in September 2013. ProjectScotland help hundreds of young unemployed Scots every year to get on in life by helping them increase their skills and find what they really want to do through meaningful placements within Scotland’s not for profit sector.
Paul joined ProjectScotland from RBS where he worked for 13 years in a variety of senior roles – and most recently was Head of Communications for RBS Group’s Retail businesses. Paul has a passion for, and takes an interest in, Scottish Sport and young people issues across Scotland. He is a founding director of one of the Scotland’s first community sports hubs – Inch Park Community Sports Club – who use sport as a tool to engage young people in some of Edinburgh’s most deprived areas.
Paul is a keen cyclist and cricketer and is chair of one of Scotland’s leading cricket clubs. What little spare time he has left he spends trying to keep up with his two-year old son, Benjamin.
