Scotland will host the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier from 31st August until 7th September when eight teams arrive in Scotland with the aim of qualifying for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup in Australia.
Scotland can expect to be joined by Bangladesh, Ireland, PNG, Thailand, USA, Netherlands and one additional team from the Africa qualifying group.. Two teams will qualify for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2020.
Two games will be played each day (10:30 and 15:00) on 31st August and 1st, 3rd and 5th September. The final will be held on 7th September.
Group matches will be played at Forfarshire CC and Arbroath CC with practise matches scheduled for Strathmore CC
Entry will be free for all ICC Women's T20 World Cup Global Qualifier games.
The fixture schedule will be released in early August.
