Jim McFadyen Board Member

On returning to Scotland from abroad, Jim joined Glenrothes Cricket Club in 1958 moving to Kirkcaldy Cricket Club in 1962 where he remained, apart from 2 seasons playing in Chester, until the end of 1988 season, when he joined his current club, Corstorphine Cricket Club.

Over the years, he has held every conceivable administrative position in Club cricket and has been a Director of Cricket Scotland for some 6 years. Within this period, for 4 years, he was the Vice President/President of the East of Scotland Cricket Association.

He retired in 2000 after a career in the gas and oil industries and has over 50 years of involvement in cricket in Scotland
