Girls taster sessions in Edinburgh and Glasgow
Cricket Scotland are running sessions in Edinburgh and Glasgow as part of their regional development girls programme.
Girls that are aged 16 or under are invited to come along and practice under the watchful eye of qualified coaches. Those interested in registering should have played at least a year at school or club, all equipment will be provided.
National team players will also be on hand to offer some handy hints and tips that helped get them into the national squad. The regional development centres are a key part of the female player pathway and the programme is developing to incorporate fixtures against other regional development centres in the summer.
If you play cricket and are interested in becoming involved in the programme please contact Kari Carswell (firstname.lastname@example.org).
There are also other development centres operating throughout Scotland, for more information please contact Kari.
