IPCSC Women and Girls` Cricket Development Officer

28 Oct

Come and join one of Scotland’s most exciting community sports projects!

Engaging girls in physical activity and sport is a big focus for Inch Park Community Sports Club.  Cricket is a growing sport in the girls game, but like most sports the drop off of participation of girls from 11 onwards is a massive opportunity if we can address this.

The successful candidate for this role will not just be able to sell the sport with enthusiasm, but will be able to develop programmes that support girls and young women to engage in sport into their teenage years.

As part of the role, they’ll be able to support coaches and clubs to be welcoming and supportive to girls and young women, increasing the opportunities for girls and young women to engage in the sport.

If you think this is you, we’d like to hear from you!  To apply, please send your CV and Cover Letter explaning why you are suited to the role to Paul Reddish (paul.reddish@projectscotland.co.uk) by Friday 18th November.
