Scotland's squad has been announced for the women's T20I quadrangular series between Scotland, Ireland, Netherlands and Thailand.

Cricket Scotland can today announce the squad set to take on Netherlands, Ireland and Thailand in a women’s T20I quadrangular in Holland from 8th to 14th August.

Kathryn Bryce will miss the quadrangular tournament due to Kia Super League commitments in England with Loughborough Lightning.

Abtaha Maqsood misses the quadrangular with a finger injury.

Head Coach, Steve Knox, said: “The team are really looking forward to their first T20I series outside of an ICC organised event.

“The series provides an opportunity to gain some invaluable match practice whilst gaining some insight into some of the teams we are likely to come up against in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier that Scotland hosts later in the summer.

It also allows the team to continue their evolution as a fully fledged international side.”

Scotland will be supported by Steven Knox (head coach), Peter Ross (assistant coach), Bruce Mutch (phsyio), Sue Strachan (manager) and Charlotte Dalton (analyst, strength & conditioning coach).

8th August: Scotland vs. Thailand (15:30 local time)

9th August: Netherlands vs. Scotland (11:00 local time)

10th August: Scotland vs. Ireland (15:30 local time)

12th August: Thailand vs. Scotland (11:00 local time)

13th August: Scotland vs. Netherlands (15:30 local time)

14th August: Ireland vs. Scotland (10:00 local time)

Matches take place at Salland Cricket Club (Deventer) – www.sallandcc.nl

All matches will be scored and streamed live through the NV Play Cricket platform and will appear on the KNCB website and on the Cricket Netherlands YouTube channel.
